YourResponsibilities on the Team Manage, mentor and develop branchpersonnel. Manage satellite branch office and increase overallmarket share, service and profits by soliciting new business andoriginating new loans. Monitor lender programs and requirements.

Assist Loan Officers with training, sales meetings and openings asnecessary. Provide coaching and promote a professional team effort.

Provide support for problem solving. Create an interface withlenders, escrow, division escrow coordinators, design centers andsales agents and disperse information as needed. Receive leadsdaily and contact borrowers via telephone and email in an attemptto obtain their loan application. Prospecting Lennar Mortgagetraffic. Solicit new business from Home Builders and Realtors.

Originate new loans in accordance with the “Loan Officer”agreement, signed at the time of employment, to ensure all loansmeet the guidelines of the Products and Policies manual. Beaccessible to the buyers and associates and return calls in thesame day. Build rapport with and maintain open lines ofcommunication with borrowers, builders and realtors. Conductinitial mortgage application interview with borrowers. Assist inthe pre-application process and follow-up with sales office onincomplete applications. Deliver the pre-qualification status tothe communities and call with verbal status as required. Travel tocommunities to meet with borrowers and obtain loan applications.

Package loans for upfront submission. Lock all loans with theborrowers in accordance with the Secondary Marketing Pricing andRate Lock Policies and Procedures manual. Compile any missing dataon the loan application, i.e., lot number, address, plan type,incentive, delivery time, etc Maintain reports to ensure completeexchange of information regarding loan status, monthly projectedclosings, commission, and expense reports Conduct weekly “Pipeline”meetings with processor(s) and keep the lines of communication openRequirements Three years mortgage lending experience: originating,processing, closing and underwriting FHA/VA/Conventional loans Atleast one year in a full-charge supervisory/management capacityAbility to maintain flexible work schedule, including evening andweekend work Four-year college degree (preferred) Valid driver’slicense Life at Lennar At Lennar, we are committed to fostering asupportive and enriching environment for our Associates, offering acomprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance theirwell-being and professional growth.
