Tasks include preparing Closing Disclosures, assisting others in the preparation of title opinions and title insurance policies, and other matters to help best represent our clients and communicate with our business partners throughout the real estate transaction process . Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy and completeness. Maintain communication with clients, loan officers, and other parties involved in the closing process to provide updates and resolve any issues. Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, organized, and submitted in a timely manner. Typing titles and opening new files as needed. Skills Experience as a loan officer or in loan processing is required. Familiarity with mortgage loans. Effective communication skills for interaction with clients and team members.
