Responsibilities:

Process and deposit remittances received through mail in accordance with company policies. Organize and maintain files, ensuring all documents are correctly categorized and stored. Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy to support lockbox operations. Utilize scanning and photocopying equipment to create digital copies of physical files. Adhere to deadlines to ensure timely and efficient processing of remittances. Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and address any operational challenges. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards during file handling. Provide support in coordinating staffing needs to meet operational demands. Monitor and report discrepancies or issues to supervisors for resolution. Previous experience in lockbox processing or remittance handling is preferred. Proficiency in data entry and document management tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with scanning and photocopying equipment. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Understanding of compliance requirements related to remittance processing.
