• a Double Tree by Hilton Team, we are searching for a talented associate to perform the Night Auditor duties that are essential to our Front Office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and balancing daily financial transactions; including the F&B Department.
• Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests
• Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper etiquette
• Assist with guest relations and ensure a positive experience for all hotel guests

Experience:

• Previous experience in night audit or front desk role preferred. Hilton ONQ is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
• Familiarity with guest services and hospitality industry standards
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
