Night Audit 1.0 1.0 out of 5 stars 4703 Bell Hill Rd, McCalla, AL 35022 Holiday Inn Express in McCalla, AL is looking for a night auditor to join our strong team at this beautiful new property in the heart of McCalla. We are located on 4703 Bell Hill Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working. Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Reconcile all accounts and process the end of day audit in the property management system.
- Prepare registration cards and key cards for all next day reservations.
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
- Answer phones and place reservations Qualifications
- Opera System Experience Preferred
- Prior Night Audit Experience Preferred
- Must be able to work Friday and Saturday overnight from 11:30 pm to 7:30 am, and a couple of day shifts each week.
- Prior Hotel Experience Preferred.
