The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing guest services, performing night audits, and maintaining accurate financial records while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to assist guests effectively. Handle phone systems efficiently, responding to calls promptly and professionally. Prepare daily reports for management, summarizing occupancy rates and revenue. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations throughout the night shift. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred. Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to operate phone systems and hotel management software effectively. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced guest communication.
