Night Audit 11PM

• 7am We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor.

As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts
• Verify and balance entries and records of financial transactions
• Prepare reports summarizing daily operations and financial activities
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Provide exceptional guest services, including check-in/check-out procedures
• Assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phones and providing information to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in computer systems and software used in hotel operations
