Night Auditor Red Roof Inn Panama City Panama City, FL 32405 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during the overnight shift. This position involves managing guest relations, performing night audits, and maintaining accurate financial records while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Duties Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and staff. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Prepare daily reports for management, highlighting occupancy rates, revenue, and any discrepancies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Uphold hospitality management standards and promote a welcoming environment. Experience Previous experience in a resort or hospitality setting is preferred. Familiarity with night audit procedures and front desk operations is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances guest communication. A background in hospitality management is a plus but not mandatory.
