The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences that reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide check-in and check-out services efficiently. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using our hotel management software. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available to enhance the guest experience. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting and balancing of accounts. Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling incoming calls from guests. Skills Strong background in hospitality or experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully. Proficient in front desk operations and familiar with hotel management systems. Knowledge of night audit processes is beneficial but not mandatory.
