Overnight Front Desk Agent Aloft Coral Gables Miami, FL 33134 We are seeking a Part time agent for overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:

Exceptional guest customer services. Answering phone calls Handle all guest complaints and inquires. Responsible for all aspects of the night audit process such as, but not limited to: Reviewing open folios, settling all house accounts, audit all food and beverage receipts and credit card and cash consolidation.
