The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing night audits, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Reconcile room Data Reports Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to guests. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for incoming guests. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Experience Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with night audit processes and hotel management systems is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
