This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and performing nightly financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all guests have a pleasant experience while maintaining accurate financial records. Duties Perform nightly audits of hotel financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by providing excellent customer service to all guests. Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics. Ensure security protocols are followed throughout the hotel during overnight hours. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including handling phone calls and emails. Skills Strong phone etiquette to effectively communicate with guests and staff. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Ability to provide guest services that enhance the overall experience at the hotel. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, facilitating communication with diverse guests. Knowledge of hospitality management principles to ensure efficient operations. Familiarity with resort environments is beneficial for understanding guest needs. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
