Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audits of the hotel’s financial transactions and records
• Verify the accuracy of guest accounts, including charges and credits
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with the check-in and check-out process as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations

Skills:

• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and software
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately perform financial calculations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
