Duties Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Handle phone systems efficiently, responding to calls with professionalism and courtesy. Prepare daily reports for management review, highlighting occupancy rates and revenue generated. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours by monitoring access points and conducting regular checks. Assist guests with any requests or needs that arise during their stay, fostering a welcoming environment. Skills Experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
