The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves managing front desk operations, performing nightly audits, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Handle phone calls efficiently using hotel phone systems while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to guests. Assist in maintaining security protocols throughout the hotel during night hours. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred. Strong background in guest services and guest relations. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is beneficial.
