The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various front desk responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Process payments and manage cash handling procedures. Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts to ensure accuracy. Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics. Assist with phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of guest relations. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to enhance guest interactions. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous. Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle various tasks efficiently.
