MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to perform physical activities: standing, walking, lifting, bending, and sitting possibly for long periods
- Ability to multi-task
- Overnight hours required which may include weekends and holidays
- Must be able to push, pull or lift, up to 30 pounds
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
POSITION OBJECTIVES

- Provide exceptional service experience
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Process guest billing/accounting correctly & efficiently
- Effectively & accurately handle cash
- Answer hotel telephones courteously and efficiently
- Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean and provide beverages and snacks
- Must possess basic computer skills, i.
e. Word, Excel, etc.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior hotel front desk experience
- Marriott, Hilton, Choice, IHG, or Wyndham experience
