Overview:

Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for an attentive, friendly and service-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. The Night Auditor has a passion for providing anticipatory, personalized service and thrives working independently during night hours. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about making great impressions and delivering an exceptional guest experience at all times.

Responsibilities:

Provide welcoming and exceptional service upon guest arrival Assist guests with overnight check-in and check-out according to resort procedure Address guests’ complaints, concerns, or requests in a friendly, timely manner Act as an information agent for guests and assist with any additional available guest services Effectively communicate Front Office or guest needs to management or other departments Maintain and uphold brand, operational, culture and service standards in all guest areas and across the resort

Qualifications:

Hard-working team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail Passionate about hospitality and providing elevated service Excels at verbal and written communication Excellent presentation and grooming standards Able to interact positively and professionally with all guests and team members Able to work independently with minimal supervision
