Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, and performing essential accounting tasks.

Duties:

• Conduct the nightly audit processes and report generation
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Manage reservations and cancellations
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Ensure the security of the property during the night shift

Experience:

• Preferred front desk experience with Hilton brand hotels
• Previous experience in guest services or hotel management preferred
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
• Knowledge of front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting
