This position involves managing front desk operations, performing financial reconciliations, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently during night shifts. Duties Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and payments. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts. Prepare reports on daily operations and financial summaries for management review. Ensure the security of the hotel premises by monitoring access points and responding to emergencies as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times. Requirements Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance guest interactions. Knowledge of hotel management software is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate reporting and auditing.
