Night Auditor Position Available In Cole, Missouri

Night Auditor Fairfield Inn & Suites 3621 West Truman Boulevard, Jefferson City, MO 65109 We’re looking for a Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests. Night Auditor responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly. If you are familiar with the Night Audit position, this one will be slightly different due to a contract with a local company that has 24/7 check in and out privileges, which keeps the front desk busy throughout the night. Responsibilities Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies Coordinate with overnight housekeeping and shuttle drivers to ensure smooth operations with a local contract Skills Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry An eye for detail Good problem-solving skills Strong customer service skills The ability to multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills Availability to work overnight
