The shift is Tuesday & Wednesday from 11p

The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. This position involves performing front desk duties, managing guest services, and conducting nightly financial audits. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs of guests. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions. Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective phone etiquette. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and any discrepancies. Assist guests with requests for information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele. Experience in front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting is beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members.
