Position Overview:

As a Night Auditor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional guest service during the overnight hours. You’ll be responsible for balancing the day’s financial activity, assisting guests with late check-ins or early departures, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming overnight experience.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous hotel experience as a Night Auditor or Guest Service Agent A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and a “can-do” attitude Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills A professional and friendly demeanor, especially in high-pressure or late-night situations Basic understanding of hotel operations, front desk systems, and night audit procedures

Responsibilities Include:

Performing nightly financial and accounting reports Providing prompt and courteous guest service Handling guest check-ins/check-outs and room assignments Assisting with guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel overnight
