Job Description:

As a Hotel Night Shift Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and financial accuracy of our hotel. You will be responsible for conducting night audits, reconciling accounts, and providing exceptional customer service during the overnight hours. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality and a desire to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts, including room charges, taxes, and miscellaneous charges
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management review
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues during the night shift
• Process check-ins and check-outs for late-night arrivals and departures
• Assist with maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests and team members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotel operations or front desk is preferred
• Weekends are a must
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Proficient in using hotel management software and computer systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus How to
