Night Auditor Comfort Inn Sylva at Cullowhee 1235 East Main Street, Sylva, NC 28779 Front Desk attendant Managing guest check-ins and check-outs Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other activities based on guests needs Handling customer requests and complaints and implementing solutions Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role via computer Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed Answering calls and queries related to potential bookings
