The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience and maintaining the hotel’s reputation for outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly. Process reservations and cancellations using hotel management software. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Address any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and urgency, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction. Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls, directing them to appropriate departments or personnel as needed. Experience Previous experience in hotel or resort settings is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele. Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus. Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems is beneficial.
