The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing nightly audits, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by providing outstanding customer service. Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics. Ensure security protocols are followed during the night shift. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including handling phone calls and emails. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred. Proficient in front desk operations and guest relations. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently during late-night hours while maintaining professionalism.
