Night Auditor Quality Inn Jacksonville 2139 North Marine Boulevard, Jacksonville, NC 28546 “`Duties“`

• Perform night audit functions to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
• Verify and balance entries, records, and guest accounts
• Prepare daily reports, including revenue, occupancy, and other statistical data
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with the check-in and check-out process as needed
• Monitor and maintain the security of the property during overnight hours
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience “`Qualifications“`
• Previous experience in night audit or hospitality management preferred
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
