Overnight Hotel Guest Services Staff 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 150 Charlestowne Drive, Dobson, NC 27017 We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to fill a dual role as Night Auditor/Night Watch at our hotel. This position is responsible for providing excellent overnight guest services while also ensuring the safety and security of the property during nighttime hours. As a Night Auditor, you will handle guest check-ins and reservations, respond to late-night requests and complaints, reconcile accounts from the day shift, balance the cash drawer, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records. You will also assist with setting up for the breakfast crew to ensure a smooth morning transition. As a Night Watch, you will perform regular perimeter walks, monitor security cameras, oversee the parking lot, and respond to any security issues or disturbances. This includes interacting with local agencies such as police or towing companies when necessary, as well as conducting investigative reporting when required. Candidates must be comfortable learning and performing both roles, with a schedule that includes two nights per week as Night Auditor and three nights per week as Night Watch. The ideal applicant will have previous experience in hospitality or night audit roles, strong math and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure. This position requires overnight availability from approximately 10:30 PM or 11:00 PM until 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM, 36 to 40 hours per week. While no college degree is required, professionalism, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential.
