Part Time or Full Time Pay:

$14.00 – $16.00 per hour

You’ll deliver excellent service while ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests. Key Responsibilities Greet and check-in guests using Hilton systems (PEP), confirming reservation details, room selection, and issuing keys Process guest check-outs, handle payments, and ensure billing accuracy Resolve guest inquiries and service issues with efficiency and empathy Maintain accurate records and reports for the night audit Monitor lobby and front desk area for cleanliness and safety Assist in setting up breakfast prep area as needed What We’re Looking For Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent required Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus but not required Skills & Qualities Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Tech-savvy, including basic Word/Excel skills Friendly, dependable, and self-motivated Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required Requirements Must have reliable transportation to/from the hotel in Raleigh, NC Available to work holidays and weekends as needed Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Comfortable working overnight shifts independently
