• The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the hotel front desk during the night shift, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest service.
• Duties
• Conduct the night audit process to verify all accounts are balanced
• Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs during late hours
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety and security of guests and the property
• Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations for management review
• Assist with any guest service needs that may arise during the night shift
• Experience
• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus
• Multilingual abilities are beneficial for interacting with diverse guests
