Front Desk/Night Auditor 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars 40 Wood Avenue, Secaucus, NJ 07094 Our hotel is looking for Front Desk Agents who will be responsible for greeting incoming guests, checking in guests, performing credit card transactions and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidates have experience working on the front desk of a hotel, can communicate effectively with customers and are well-versed in the organization’s policies.

Responsibilities:

Recieve and direct calls, e-mails and packages. Send packages via the postal service. Monitor security system. Greet guests by phone and in person. Answer questions about the hotel’s services. Take reservations. Plan activities for guests. Manage hotel’s social media accounts.
