Edgar Rd, Linden, NJ 07036 Checking in and out guests, including late arrivals. Answering phones and responding to guest inquiries. Handling guest requests and resolving issues. Making reservations and providing information about hotel services. Balancing cash drawers and recording receipts. Reconciling all financial transactions for the day. Preparing reports for the next day’s operations. Verifying and processing payments. Making wake-up calls. Assisting with special requests, like taxi or shuttle service. Communicating with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance) as needed. Maintain all areas of the front desk; clean and organized Ensuring the accuracy of room rates. Preparing for the next day’s front desk operations. Participate in all training and cross training programs Other duties as assigned
