• Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s front desk operations during the night shift.

• Duties:

• Conducting nightly audits and reconciliations of hotel transactions
• Checking in late-arriving guests and assisting with guest requests
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
• Processing reservations and cancellations accurately
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Setting Breakfast up for Guests

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management
• Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest services
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
