Overnight Auditor 11m to 7am 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 181 Finley Rd, Belle Vernon, PA 15012 This position is for a Front Desk Night Auditor. This shift is strictly 11pm-7am. We are open 24/7/365 days. Must be able flexible and must have transportation. Public Transportation is not available at those times, must have car. Weekends and holidays are required. Days may vary. Hotel experience is preferred. We are looking for Front Desk Night Auditor to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation during the overnight.
Job Purpose:
To perform in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited, to check-in and check-out of guests. Run Night Audit and the daily reports. Holidays, nights and weekends are required. Front Desk Agents Responsibilities On time and at work when scheduled and in proper business casual attire. Customer Service Run Night Audit and daily reports. Balances all daily work for the hotel. Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Knowledge of Accounting Principles. Knowledge of OnQ is preferred Must be able to problem solve and troubleshoot in order to resolve guest issues that may arise and respond to emergency situations. Must be proficient in Windows operating systems company approved spreadsheets and word processing. Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly. Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. Keep and lobby and back office clean. Fold remaining laundry if need be.
Education and Experience:
Experience:
Minimum 6 months night audit experience required High school education or equivalent experience. Guest service, basic accounting, and familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred Education HS Diploma or equivalent. Driver License is recommended Must wear mask while at work.
