Position Overview:

We’re seeking a friendly Marriott Experienced Night Auditor to join our network on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing top-notch service, assisting with check-ins/check-outs, and addressing inquiries. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and assist with check-in/check-out procedures. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Process guest reservations, requests, and payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guests have a seamless stay. Assist in managing guest requests and special accommodations. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficient with hotel management software or ability to learn quickly. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
