Part Time Night Auditor Steel Hospitality 1630 Spillman Drive, Bethlehem, PA 18015 Job Summary The Night Auditor position at our hotel is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional service delivery during the night hours. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s front desk operations, conducting night audits, and providing excellent guest services. Duties

• Perform front desk duties such as check-in, check-out, and assisting guests during late-night hours
• Conduct night audit procedures to verify all account postings and balances
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure the security of the premises by monitoring surveillance cameras and performing regular property walks
• Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls and provide information to guests
• Assist with any guest services or hospitality-related tasks as needed Experience
• Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role is preferred
• Proficiency in hospitality management practices
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
• Multilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests
• Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems
