This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing nightly audits of financial transactions, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of hotel operations. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent customer service. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and reservations. Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators. Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring access points and responding to any emergencies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations during the night shift. Skills Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Strong background in guest services and hospitality management is essential. Proficient in phone etiquette and maintaining professional communication at all times. Experience in hotel management or front desk operations is a plus. Excellent guest relations skills to foster a welcoming environment for all visitors. Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
