The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with all departments to enhance the guest experience. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications through various phone systems and online platforms. Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reporting. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management by following established procedures and policies. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette. Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
