  • ROTATING SCHEULE, EVERY OTHER FRIDAY AND SATURDAY 11P-7A.

    (Overnight shift!!!)

  • We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Night Auditor and are actively looking to meet the best and brightest talent that the hospitality industry has to offer.

We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you in hopes to scheduling an interview. The Night Auditor assures the highest possible level of visitor and guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service. Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel as well as answering phone calls and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Check guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner Handle all payments received whether they are cash, credit card, checks, or traveler’s checks Balance and verify all monetary transactions in the appropriate accounts Ensure that all hotel keys are distributed to the appropriate parties and that guest privacy is maintained Maintain all documentation regarding room registration, changes, charges, credit card transactions, customer service, and maintenance issues while working the over night shift 11p-7a Resolve escalated guest relations issues when needed Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services Respond to and follow-up on all guest requests to ensure customers are satisfied with the hotel’s services and accommodations Positively represent and promote the property at all times Ensure that the lobby and front desk area is clean, organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked with all necessary supplies Properly compile, complete, and distribute reports to management and team as directed Report any maintenance, security, or safety issues to Management for the following day Other Duties as

Assigned Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Front desk experience preferred, but will train the right fit Highly motivated and self-directed Exceptional customer service skills required Must possess strong computer skills Ability to move, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal A can-do attitude and a hands-on approach Ability to work overnight hours.
