Relief Night Auditor/PM Agent

- Grand Shores Resort Full-Time, Range $15-17/hr. Shift
- 2 overnight shifts 11pm to 7am shifts; PM Agent
- 2 or 3 PM Shifts from 3pm to 11pm ( Would consider a part time relief auditor only working 2 shifts per week, if no PM availability.) Job description
- The relief night auditor/PM agent will complete normal front desk duties such as; answering phones, making/canceling reservations, checking guests in/ out, taking payments, and helping resolve any guest concerns.
The front desk personnel are often the first point of contact for our guests, a friendly welcome is a must. Communicating overnight events to morning staff is essential for a smooth transition.
Job Responsibilities :
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service need Register, take payments and assign keys to guests Inform guests of the amenities and services available to them Inform customers of availability and rates Handles any guest issues or complaints, using appropriate service recovery methods Work with the corresponding departments to resolve any property or guest issues Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards Communicate with the morning staff to inform them of any task to be completed or updates
Requirements :
Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, typically audit shifts will be the same days but occasionally there will be changes to the days worked based on business needs.
