Hotel Night Auditor Best Western Executive Inn and Suites Columbia, SC 29210 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours (11PM to 7AM). This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, performing night audits, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, is reliable, and punctual. Pay is negotiable and is based on experience Duties Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and billing information. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night shifts. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel operations or front desk roles is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
