Night Auditor (Part Time) Spark by Hilton Rock Hill 760 Galleria Boulevard, Rock Hill, SC 29730 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part time Night Auditor for Friday and Saturday nights to join our team at Spark by Hilton – Rock Hill. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during night shifts, providing exceptional customer service to guests while performing essential accounting and administrative tasks. This position requires a strong background in hospitality and excellent communication skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for guests during late hours. Duties Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in guest accounts. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing outstanding guest relations. Handle phone systems efficiently, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics for management review. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the guest experience. Assist with any guest services or requests that arise during the night shift. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Requirements Previous experience with PEP is preferred. Proficiency with phone systems and basic accounting is essential. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
