Hours are 11PM-7AM 5 days a week. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. This position involves performing front desk duties, managing guest relations, and conducting nightly financial audits. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and have a passion for providing exceptional guest services. Duties Perform nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest services. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and staff. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations, occupancy rates, and revenue. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality in all interactions with guests. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to enhance guest relations. Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services in a resort or hotel setting is a plus.
