This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient nightly operation, providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or hotel management and possess strong communication skills to enhance guest relations. Duties Perform nightly audits of all hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage front desk operations during the night shift, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Prepare daily financial reports and reconcile discrepancies as needed. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance systems and responding to emergencies as necessary. Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the night. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or front desk operations is preferred. Familiarity with night audit procedures and phone systems is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for accurate reporting and record-keeping. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building. Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
