This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing nightly audits, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Utilize phone systems to communicate effectively with guests and staff. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to guests. Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring access points and responding to emergencies as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficient in phone etiquette and capable of handling multiple phone lines effectively. Familiarity with night audit procedures and financial reporting is an advantage. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
