In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction while performing essential auditing tasks. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our commitment to exceptional hospitality. Responsibilities Perform night audit procedures to ensure accuracy of daily financial transactions. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics for management review. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance guest experience. Assist with security checks of the hotel premises to ensure guest safety. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred. Must be able to work Fridays and Saturdays 11 PM – 7 AM Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
