Front Desk and Night Auditor Hampton Inn Columbia TN 1551 Halifax Drive, Columbia, TN 38401 Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to enhancing the guest experience. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with reservations. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel operations. Qualifications Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred.
