Night Audit 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 700 Trapp Hill Road, Stowe, VT 05672 We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team. This full-time position would work the 11pm-7am shift. Summary Balances all revenue and settlement accounts nightly; Makes corrections and adjustments as needed; Answers main switchboard and handles all guest requests during the overnight shift. Generates audit and management reports and distributes to appropriate management staff daily; checks guests in and out as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Audits all hotel revenues nightly- rooms and food and beverage Posts and transmits all revenue accounts Balances revenues and makes adjustments as necessary Resolves any guests requests, issues, and complaints Answers main switchboard and transfers calls or takes messages as appropriate Checks guests in and out as needed Prints management and audit reports and distributes to appropriate management staff Reset computer system for the next day’s operations Works with security staff to resolve any guest or employee issues during the overnight shift Maintains guest confidentiality
