Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the overall security of the hotel during the night shift.

Duties:

• Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily guest accounts and charges
• Verify and balance entries and records of financial transactions
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
• Monitor the hotel premises for security purposes
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong communication skills with fluency in multiple languages preferred
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel phone systems
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
• Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
